Do You Eat Enough Fiber?

If you are American you probably don’t get enough Fiber. If you live in a place where there is McDonalds and you go there then you probably don’t get enough fiber. Fiber is so important. You need fiber to keep everything in your body moving. If things are not moving and you get clogged up your health is at risk.

There are only three foods you need to eat to get enough fiber; fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. That’s it. It’s so easy.

Beans and nuts also have fiber. There is so much fiber in black beans that you should eat them every day.
